We are excited to introduce our new payment option, Flywire! With Flywire, you can easily and securely pay your Wild Earth Expeditions invoices online. We have partnered with Flywire to facilitate easy online, cross-currency and international payments via Bank Transfers (no additional fee) or credit cards (3.3% surcharge), including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Online security is front of mind. Yes, it’s very safe. Flywire has multiple layers of protection:
Your funds are segregated from Flywire’s business funds throughout the process
Flywire’s payment system and the companies they partner with are all PCI level 1 compliant
Your card data is captured, encrypted, processed, and destroyed in compliance with QSA audits
If you pay through the Flywire portal, Wild Earth Expeditions will never see your card details
Flywire (including its IT and security systems) are subject to annual SCO2 audits
It is as safe to make a payment through Flywire as it is to make a payment via your own bank or credit card issuer.

To avoid expensive bank wire fees, to pay by credit card and benefit from credit card perks (like travel insurance, frequent flyer miles, points), and for cross-currency bank wire payments (with better exchange rates than traditional banks).
We recommend paying by Flywire if you wish to pay your USD invoice by:
Credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal at 3.3% surcharge)
USD bank wire transfer originating from USA (no fee)
Foreign bank wire transfer through any currency other than USD (no fee)
Payment methods available through Flywire are:
Bank transfers (no fee).
Mastercard (3.3% surcharge)
Visa (3.3% surcharge)
American Express (3.3% surcharge)
PayPal (only available in USA and UK) (3.3% surcharge)
*Please note: The only time a payment through Flywire is not possible, is if you wish to make a USD bank wire payment from a USD bank account located in a foreign country (outside USA). In that case you would have to do a direct bank wire transfer to our Australian USD bank account. Our Australian USD Bank account details will be listed at the bottom of your invoice.

Wild Earth Expeditions will send you a payment confirmation link in your invoice via email. Simply click on the link of your preferred Flywire payment method (bank wire transfer or credit card), enter your personal details, select your payment type, and pay. It’s that simple.
Credit card payments normally clear in real-time. Bank transfers take a few days to clear into our account. We will notify you once Flywire has confirmed receipt of your payment.

Flywire aims to provide the best price for international payments. If you find a better rate at your bank within two hours of booking a local currency bank transfer payment (including Boleto payments from Brazil) with Flywire, they will match it.
